DHS Publishes Final International Entrepreneur Rule
Under a Humanitarian Parole, an entrepreneur can get an initial 30 month parole into the U.S.
General qualifications include:
* Possession of a substantial ownership interest in a start-up business;
* The business has received awards, grants, or substantial investments of over $250,00 from qualified U.S. investors;
* The business has potential for rapid growth and creation of jobs.
